    We are working alongside customers to restore their services. All network equipment is functional, racked and online.

    Services in Phoenix are slowly coming back online, and we are working to build customer configurations.

    Please be on the lookout for correspondence from us as to how to access your services, as well as your new assigned IP subnets (for applicable customers, e.g. VPS & Dedicated).

    We sincerely apologize for this extended downtime and will be reaching out to every customer affected.

    We are now working on rebuilding our network configurations and working with our new provider to get our BGP session established.

    We will reach out to dedicated & colo customers with updates as to their service and new IP subnets soon.

    We apologize for the extended service disruption that occurred during our scheduled maintenance. We’re currently awaiting delivery of new optics needed to restore internet connectivity to our customers.

    We will continue to provide additional updates here as we have more information.

    We're currently running into issues with the fiber uplink with our new provider. We apologize for the extended downtime and this will likely be resolved by Monday.
