We are working alongside customers to restore their services. All network equipment is functional, racked and online.

This downtime has been resolved.

Services in Phoenix are slowly coming back online, and we are working to build customer configurations.

Please be on the lookout for correspondence from us as to how to access your services, as well as your new assigned IP subnets (for applicable customers, e.g. VPS & Dedicated).

We sincerely apologize for this extended downtime and will be reaching out to every customer affected.

We are now working on rebuilding our network configurations and working with our new provider to get our BGP session established.

We will reach out to dedicated & colo customers with updates as to their service and new IP subnets soon.

We apologize for the extended service disruption that occurred during our scheduled maintenance. We’re currently awaiting delivery of new optics needed to restore internet connectivity to our customers.

We will continue to provide additional updates here as we have more information.

We're currently running into issues with the fiber uplink with our new provider. We apologize for the extended downtime and this will likely be resolved by Monday.

Please reach out to us for SLA credits once services are restored.

We're planning to schedule maintenance to move VPS services over to our NVMe platform, downtime for each VPS should be no more than half an hour during this time.

Maintenance moved to October 9th.

Maintenance has been paused for now. There will be another maintenance period in roughly 18 hours or so to finalize our performance changes.

Maintenance has been extended for an extra 2 hours.

We are planning to migrate all our VPS services to a new NVMe platform to enhance user experience and performance. During this transition, you may see brief downtime. Downtime is expected to last no more than half an hour.
