A subset of VPS customers at our Phoenix location may have experienced an unplanned reboot. We apologize for the inconvenience. Following scheduled maintenance last night, our monitoring systems detected critical packet loss and network errors on a select hypervisor that required immediate resolution. An emergency reboot was necessary to apply kernel-level optimizations and prevent further service degradation. All VPS instances are currently being restored and network performance will be returned to normal levels shortly.
